Unifi Controller Problem

Hello,

I installed version 2.4.1 of unifi controller.
I have a small problem:

I can not get into the configuration of the AP (I should set static ip address, etc ...)
Window does not appear to do so.
The Java version is the latest available and the operating system is windows server 2003.
Time ago there was installed on the server version 2.4.4

I resolved the problem.
i reinstall the version 2.4.4 and then the program work well
