Clear the check for server certificate revocation option in Internet Explorer

1. In Windows 7 and Windows Vista, click Start. In the search box, enter Internet Explorer, and then, in the list of results, click Internet Explorer.
   –or–
2. In Windows XP, click Start, click All Programs, and then, in the list of results, click Internet Explorer.
3. On the Tools menu, click Internet options. (If you don’t see the Tools menu, press the Alt key on your keyboard).
4. On the Advanced tab, under Security, clear the Check for server certificate revocation check box.
5. Click OK, and then restart your computer.
6. Try to sign in to Messenger.
